Toronto Hydro is suspending hydro power to most of Liberty Village today, June 14, for a 5-6 hour period, beginning at 6 pm.

This is an emergency last minute outage to make necessary repairs to avoid an unplanned outage at another time.  The outage is estimated to begin at 6pm for 5 to 6 hours, but Hydro advises that this suspension of power could happen sooner and it could last longer.  This is required as there have been Hydro issues with both feeds in the area and a shutdown is needed to make the necessary repairs to ensure power supply is maintained.

Please adjust your office procedures tonight in preparation of this outage.
