The Diff'rent Spokes cycling team is having a fundraising breakfast THIS SUNDAY, APRIL 17th from 9:30am - 12:30pm at Shoeless Joe's at 1189 King Street West near Liberty Village.

The Team will be providing a delicious breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pancakes and some great coffee. $12 or $7 kids 5-12 yrs, with all proceeds going towards their 2011 Ride to Conquer Cancer. All are welcome! 

Here are the staggering facts about cancer in Canada: 

- 40% of Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime

- about 25% of Canadians will die from cancer 

Team Diff'rent Spokes joined the Ride to Conquer Cancer in 2009 and since their first ride they've raised $60,000+ for cancer research at The Princess Margaret Hospital, one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world. The Ride is a 200km bicycle ride from Toronto to Niagara Falls on June 11-12th.
